For over a decade, I watched companies waste money on international events – not because their products were bad, but because they didn’t understand the market they were entering.

Founder & General Manager

Tomasz leads every project personally – from the first brief to final delivery. He started his career in media, which gave him a strong sense of how to build messaging that connects with people. For over a decade, he’s been running B2B event projects across Europe and the U.S., with deep experience in building technology and MedTech brands in the U.S. market.

Outside of work: scuba diving in places like Papua New Guinea, CrossFit, Italian food, and Japanese ramen.

Ignacy Dumin

Head of Sales & Marketing

Ignacy has spent over a decade working with companies across markets – from the U.S. to China – with a strong understanding of Scandinavian business culture and standards. At Eventguru, he makes sure the strategy and communication behind every event fits the local culture and how business actually gets done in that region and that it delivers real, measurable outcomes.

Outside of work: competitive cycling and certified coaching — the discipline from sport carries over into how he works.
