Event Content & PR
The success of your event depends on who shows up – and what continues working after they leave.
We help B2B companies build communication before, during, and after the event: messaging, invitations, content, media coverage, video, case studies, and sales materials.
The goal is simple: bring the right people into the room, give them a reason to engage, and turn the event into content your sales and marketing teams can keep using for months.
Who This Is For
We work best with companies that:
- Are planning an event, conference, or roadshow and want the right people in the room – not just whoever says yes at the last minute
- Need photo and video content built as sales tools, not just event documentation
- Want to capture case studies and client interviews while people are still on-site — and use them in sales for months
- Want media coverage that builds credibility in their market, not just another press release

Why Event Content & PR Drives Revenue
- One event, months of content A case study recorded at your booth, a client interview right after a presentation, a highlight from a panel. These are sales materials your team can use for months - instead of starting from zero with every campaign.
- Shorter sales cycles A prospect who watches a client testimonial, reads a case study, or sees a strong event recap gets context faster than someone who only receives a cold email with a PDF.
- A window that only opens once Engagement is highest during the event and right after it ends. Content published in that window performs far better than anything shared days later. You don't get a second chance.
- The same cost - very different outcomes The event costs the same either way. The difference is what you take from it: a few photos - or a full set of content your sales and marketing teams can use for months.
How We Work
1.
Define the goal:
Who needs to be in the room, in what proportion, and what the communication should achieve.
3.
Run the pre-event campaign:
Announcements, social media, and outreach to your database. We track registrations and adjust in real time.
5.
Capture the moment:
Content goes out in real time while engagement is highest. We record interviews and case studies when people are still in the experience.
2.
Build the communication layer:
Messaging, invitations, landing page, and teaser content - designed so people want to engage and share.
4.
Plan content and media:
Photo and video team briefed, interviews and case studies scheduled, press materials prepared - before the event starts.
6.
Deliver and distribute:
Finished materials with a clear plan: what goes where, when, and through which channels. Coordinated with your team so content is used - not stored.

What Sets Us Apart
- Content delivered while people still remember Key materials go out during the event or the same day – not a week later.
- We understand how media actually works We write press materials that have a real chance of getting published – not ignored.
- Case studies recorded on-site Your clients are engaged, the experience is fresh, and the cost is a fraction of a standalone production.
- Content built for sales, not galleries Before we record anything, we know where it will be used and how it should support your sales process.
Good to Know:
- Start early - earlier than you think Pre-event communication should begin at least 6 months out. For larger conferences, 9–12 months. The later you start, the harder it is to bring the right people into the room.
- Announce the next edition while people are still there The best moment is the final day of the current event. Attendees are engaged and far more likely to commit on the spot.
- You don't need the full scope We can support just one part: strategy, video production, or PR - depending on what you need.
- We work with your team, not instead of it If you have an in-house marketing team, we plug in where needed and work alongside them.
Planning an event and want it to keep working after it ends? Let's start with what's actually worth communicating - before you spend the budget.

Budget & Ways to Work With Us
Typical ranges, so you know what to expect:
- Photo production From $3,500 per shoot day.

- Case studies and interviews If we’re already on-site, recording additional content is far more cost-effective than a separate production.

FAQ
Most common questions
What if we only need help with one part of the project?
That happens all the time.
Some clients bring us in just for video production. Others need help with PR, event communication, presentations, speaker prep, or post-event content for sales and marketing.
We also often work alongside internal marketing teams or support another agency already involved in the project.
The goal is not to force a full-service package.
It is to help where we can actually add value.
Can content be ready while the event is still happening?
Yes, and that is usually the best approach.
Content published during the event almost always performs better than the same material posted a week later, when everybody has already moved on.
That is why we often build the production workflow around real-time content:
- short videos,
- social clips,
- speaker highlights,
- backstage footage,
- attendee reactions,
- quick interviews,
- and same-day recaps.
It takes planning and a fast team on-site, but that is when content starts supporting the event in real time instead of becoming “archive material” nobody uses later.
What if we do not even have a clear idea for the event yet?
That is completely normal.
Sometimes clients only know what they want the business outcome to be:
- launch a product,
- increase sales,
- strengthen relationships,
- attract attention in the market,
- or create useful content for marketing and sales.
That is usually enough to start the conversation.
From there, we help shape the format, scale, communication, and overall direction around the audience, business goal, and budget.
Not every event needs to be huge or flashy.
Very often, a smaller format that is better matched to the audience creates a much stronger result.
We are not sure how to communicate the event. Can you help with that?
Yes. We help plan communication before, during, and after the event so the project keeps creating value long after it ends.
That may include:
- messaging,
- PR support,
- LinkedIn and social content,
- media materials,
- speaker communication,
- sales content,
- and post-event assets your team can continue using later.
We also help decide where the content should actually live and what channels are realistically worth investing in – instead of creating materials that look impressive internally but never reach the right audience.
What if we are a smaller company with a limited budget?
Not every company needs a huge production or a massive media campaign.
Sometimes a single well-produced piece of content or a focused event can support sales, marketing, recruiting, PR, and business development for months afterward.
A big part of our role is helping clients understand:
- what is actually worth investing in,
- where quality matters,
- where simpler solutions work perfectly well,
- and which activities are likely to create real business value later.
We also know that many companies need to justify these budgets internally.
That is why we help look at these projects not just as “event costs,” but as business tools that can continue supporting sales and communication long after the event itself is over.
How does working together usually start?
We start with a conversation – relaxed, practical, and with no obligation on your side.
At the beginning, the focus is not on “selling an event.”
It is about understanding:
- what you are trying to achieve,
- what is already working,
- what is missing,
- and whether an event, content strategy, or PR activity is actually the right tool for the situation.
Sometimes the best next step is a larger project.
Sometimes it is a smaller format, a phased approach, or simply waiting a bit longer.
And that is completely fine.
If we believe we can genuinely help, we put together a direction, recommended format, timeline, and budget.
Work only starts after you decide it makes sense.
You stay in control throughout the process. If priorities change, if part of the work moves internally, or if the scope needs to shift, we adjust around what makes the most sense for the project.
The goal is to keep the collaboration clear, calm, and practical – without unnecessary pressure or overcomplicated processes.
Can you help our team prepare for presentations and media interviews?
Yes. We help prepare both the message and the people delivering it.
That may include:
- presentation structure,
- speaker coaching,
- interview preparation,
- media talking points,
- scripts,
- stage flow,
- and adapting presentations for live audiences or camera.
Often, relatively small changes in pacing, structure, or communication style make a huge difference in how confident, natural, and credible somebody feels on stage or in front of a camera.
We also produce professional media-ready materials for press, social media, sales teams, and post-event communication.
